Drying marmalade

Marmalade is dried to remove excess moisture and transform its surface from sticky to a fine-grained crust.

Infrared drying technology evenly dries marmalade over the entire surface of the product, retains color and appearance.

IR rays completely sterilize the product, extending its shelf life and forming a protective coating, saving from external moisture and harmful bacteria.

After drying, the marmalade needs to be cooled, and can be packed.
