Of course yes! And the infrared drying oven will perfectly cope with this task, leaving in our product a maximum of useful substances, a wonderful appearance, a pronounced taste and a persistent alluring flovor. Usually the product is dried to an elastic state, but to extend the shelf life, we can bring the slices to the state of chips.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>To get the best possible result, it is important to choose a tasty, ripe berry, thin-skinned, without rot and damage. We cut the berry into slices of 5-8 mm, put it in one layer on a tray and send it to the chamber of an infrared drying oven.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Ready-made watermelon slices retain the maximum amount of vitamins A, B, C, D, useful substances: sodium, magnesium, zinc.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Dried watermelon slices are well used in cooking, and are also great as an addition to a cup of coffee or a glass of wine.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The output of the finished product is 12-13%<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Is it possible to dry the pulp of a watermelon?
